I recently purchased a Serial Coder's Cable for my Dreamcast, so I could finally extract full 1GB ISOs from my legit games. It's usually a 20 hour process, but at least it lets me present soundtrack rips such as this one. This game's soundtrack was of poor quality in the pirated version, so I extracted it from the retail version.

Some of the songs seems to have overly strong bass, sometimes to the point of cracking. I seriously doubt there was any flaw in the method I used to rip the songs. The game may possibly use some kind of filter during playback, to improve the quality slightly, because I don't hear the cracking as clearly in the actual game. Overall, the sound quality is still great and considering how I've never found a good quality rip of this soundtrack in all my years, you should be pleased.

The mysterious "Internet" song was found in the game's web browser folder. I have successfully connected to the internet using the game itself and I can't seem to get it to play this song at any point. I'm not entirely sure when it was used. Perhaps when the game's homepage was functioning, the song was triggered to play upon arrival.

I would like to give a big thanks to Masked Tomato of "Halley's Comet Software". He helped me quite a lot with this rip. Visit his site at hcs64.com.

These were the parameters of the source files:

Thanks for the info! Shame how the song ends abruptly on this version. I suppose the N64 version has the full version?

Sorry buddy, it works for me. I just downloaded and tested it. I use FireFox, and I download at 600KB/sec, if that helps any. If you're on 56k or a very very slow broadband connection, you may be timing out during the download. I get this complaint quite often and there's nothing I can do about it. It seems related to the server I use, and there's no changing that.

Every time I try to download it the downloader stops at roughly 60% and says it's done, and I'm running FireFox 3.0.
When I try to open the zip folder it says that it's corrupted.

Would you please make this file into a Bit torrent file?
That would be greatly appreciated...

I'll probably be putting all my stuff up on megaupload soon.

No, not from the Topic Creator, not from me, and not from anyone. Just buy the game.

Fantastic soundtrack upload! Mega-thanks!

Thanks a lot for taking the time to do this! Just out of curiosity, do you know where one could find the N64 version?
