What other RE games honestly need to be compared? Whenever the later ones were ported, they stayed mostly the same. The only difference I can think of is how RE3 has 320x240 backgrounds on PS1 and DC, but on PC and GC, the backgrounds were partially redone in 640x480. Here's an example pic:
