The whole video might be at that quality and resolution. I'm still getting some frame rate dips here or there, down to about 25, while I am capturing. Hopefully I can tweak these games or tweak FRAPS, so that I can get a 100% solid 29.97fps capture. If I can pull this off, it would certainly turn out to be one of the highest quality fan-based game music videos made.
Edit: Ok, the full screen film grain effect might have to go, because it is a major enemy of compression. If I left it in, then my 60 gig backup drive won't be big enough for all the footage I need. I can always reinsert the film grain using a plugin for Premiere, at the end of the project.
And I think I fixed the frame rate dip problem, by turning on "no sync" on FRAPS. With this option on, every frame is unique, but the speed might slightly fluctuate here or there. It's a very worthwhile trade off, and the average person will never know the difference.
