I may have to buy a Wii now...
I watched all three E3 press conferences. Sony and Microsoft offered very little that interested me, but Nintendo's had a lot of promise. Seems GameFAQs actually agrees with me on this one:

Here's a quick link to the list of Nintendo Wii titles shown so far:
http://www.gamespot.com/e3/e3games.html?platform=1031&sort=popular&page=1
Obviously not every title is a heavy hitter there, but most of the ones at the top of the list are looking fantastic. Now that we've finally been able to hear about hands-on experience with the remote, it's sounding more and more like the whole control scheme is a viable method. Modern generation gaming has become dead to me because everything feels like a copy of something else, but the Wii may change that for me. It's a shame that the "Wii" name hasn't become any less gay though. I'll just have to live with that.
Finally, the reason why I bought a Gamecube may be the reason why I buy a Wii. I'm Ready! I'm Ready!:

Really now...they shouldn't have changed it.

After reading so much E3 content the last few days, the Wii name has finally begun to grow on me. By the time the system launches, I should be able to walk into the store, and ask for a Wii without cringing.

The Wii is still last on my list but I will eventually get to it.

I think the reason I have no interest in the other two, is because I already have too many "traditional" gaming consoles, with hundreds of games I still need to play. Also, I have a PC to use for when I want to play online, so I don't need a 360.
If the Wii is truly offering new experiences instead of upgraded ones, which it seems like it is, then it should co-exist just fine with all my old systems.

Those are good reasons and I can see what you mean but that spark for the Wii concept just didn't hit me and make me excited for Nintendo's new concept.

I own a gamecube myself....I could have gotten an xbox or a 360 but I opted for neither. I remember (at the time of getting it) having a specific and key interest in obtaining the gamecube and nothing else but it. And I can't, for the love of me, remember what that reason was, lol. But I haven't regretted it; I kind of like the kiddy style of video games it has (Mariocart anyone?).

Gamecube was definitely my favorite of the last generation. It was such a powerful and stable little console. There are about 20 must-have titles for it.

I was just going to say that myself (althoughI have like 10 games).
I've always thought how cube using such small discs and still packs quite a punch a sign of...I don't know. Something great than just bandwagoness.

That is a damn good list right there, despite being from IGN.
